Looked for a specific BMW, 135i, throughout the area. Contacted Zach and the one I wanted to see was still there. It was in pristine condition. From the initial greeting at he front door, to the sales process, through the followup for small incidentals, my wife and I were treated in the most professional manner. I knew what I was getting into with purchasing an '08 vehicle, and when a wiper motor situation was discovered after the fact, it was taken care of. NOW that's what I feel is "above & beyond". These guys are top notch. Zach made everything extremely easy and comfortable the whole way.
